Which size should I use for sleep vs. high-impact activity?
Your Starter Kit includes four of our six sizes. Size up for sleep and low-impact use to get the most airflow; size down for high-impact activity or when wearing goggles or glasses.
I need a different size or a replacement Band
We're here to help you get the right size. Send us proof of purchase — a screenshot of your order, or an order ID — especially if you bought through a third-party retailer. Once we have it, we'll create an order for the size you need and send it out.
