Here are some helpful tips on applying your Tabs and finding the correct size Band for your nose.

The proper size Intake Band should create a significant difference in airflow while not pulling too much on the Tabs. Most first-time users, including those with no trouble breathing through their nose normally, are surprised by the increased airflow Intake creates. Though this is an approximate science, a good rule of thumb is that your Band is likely too small if you're not surprised by how you can breathe. Conversely, if your Band feels uncomfortable or your Tabs peel off despite proper application, your Band is likely too big.
