Intake Bands is offered in six sizes, from S1 (XS) to L2 (XXL Large). Your Starter Kit includes the four most common sizes: S2 (Small), M1 (Medium), M2 (Large), and L1 (XL), so you can try different fits.

How to Know If Your Band Fits

• Too Small: You don't notice much improvement in airflow. Try going up one size.
• Too Big: The Band feels uncomfortable, pulls too tightly, or causes your Tabs to lift. Try going down one size.
• Just Right: Your nostrils feel noticeably more open without excessive pulling or discomfort.

Tip: Keep your different Band sizes handy! Your preferred fit may change depending on your activity or how congested you feel.
