If they have been stored at cold or hot temperatures, allow them to return to room temperature before use.</li><li>Do not use Intake Tabs over sunburned, irritated, or broken skin. If rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.</li><li>Not to be used on children under 5 years of age unless consulted by a physician.</li><li>This product (the Intake Band) contains small magnets. Magnets sticking together, or becoming attached to a metallic object inside the human body, can cause serious or fatal injury. Keep away from children (and pets) who do not understand these dangers. Seek immediate medical help if magnets are swallowed or inhaled.</li><li>Sleep apnea is a serious medical condition requiring accurate diagnosis and proper therapy. If you suspect these problems, consult your physician.</li></ul><h2 id="caring-for-your-intake">Caring for your Intake</h2><ul><li>If your Intake Bands or Case need cleaning, use only mild soap and water. Allow to dry completely before storing.</li><li>Intake Tabs should always be stored in a cool, dry place.</li><li>Your Intake Sport Kit should always be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.</li><li>Do not expose Intake Tabs or your Kit to extreme heat (100&#xB0;F+, such as car dashboards or heater vents).</li></ul>
