What is SADE?

SADE (pronounced Shaw-Day) is the name of Intake Breathing’s AI — the helpful assistant that answers your questions, helps you choose the right product, and makes sure you’re getting the most out of every breath.

We created SADE to make your experience smooth and straightforward. Whether you’re asking about fit, usage, or the science behind nasal breathing, SADE is here to guide you, anytime.

Why the name SADE?

When our founder, Alex & our Customer Care Director started discussing how to make AI a part of the customer experience, they wanted a name that had personality. Something warm.

Sadè is not only a nod to the legendary artist Sade, known for the song “Smooth Operator.”  It's also the middle name of the customer care director's better half. That felt right for an AI that’s designed to work confidently, and always in rhythm with what you need.

Sade’s our way of saying that wherever you are in your breathing journey, we’re here with you.
