If the Bands in your Starter Kit don't fit

Your Starter Kit includes our four most common sizes: S2, M1, M2 and L1. Before reaching out, these two short videos can help you find your fit: How to Find Your Intake Band Size and How to Place and Apply Intake Tabs.

If the smallest Band in your kit is still too big, or the largest is still too small, we can send you a free S1 (smaller) or L2 (larger) Band in place of a kit size that didn't fit. Just reach out and our team will take care of it. Your new Band will come in the color you originally ordered.

The Band itself is free. International shipping isn't covered.

If you were sent the wrong size, or an extra pack

Let us know about the mistake and we'll send you the correct size promptly, along with a shipping confirmation email. If you received an extra pack of Bands, or only needed one pack instead of two, we can refund the items you don't need.

If you'd like an extra Band, a spare, or a different color

You can order additional Bands in any size and color directly at intakebreathing.com/pages/shop. You'll get a confirmation email with all the tracking details.

If you bought from a third-party retailer

Returns and refunds need to be started with the platform where you placed your original order. We can still help you with sizing. Just send us proof of purchase, such as a screenshot of your order or your order ID.
