If the Band from your Starter Kit doesn't fit

We're here to help you get the right size. Send us proof of purchase — a screenshot of your order, or an order ID — especially if you bought through a third-party retailer. Once we have it, we'll create an order for the size you need and send it out. Watch for a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

You're welcome to request Bands in any size and color we offer, including S1, M2, L1 or L2. Some sizes aren't included in the standard Starter Kit, but we can send them to you separately. If you need a smaller size than the Kit includes, such as an S1, or a larger one such as an L2, just reach out.

After a consultation, we provide a free replacement Band to correct your size. We'll give you a promo code to use at checkout. The Band itself is free; international shipping fees aren't covered and we will send a invoice for the shipping fee

If you were sent the wrong size, or an extra pack

Let us know about the mistake and we'll send you the correct size promptly, along with a shipping confirmation email. If you received an extra pack of Bands, or only needed one pack instead of two, we can refund the items you don't need.

You can skip the wait and order directly at intakebreathing.com/pages/shop. You'll get a confirmation email with all the tracking details.

If you bought from a third-party retailer

Returns and refunds need to be started with the platform where you placed your original order. We can still help you with sizing — just send proof of purchase.
