How to Apply Your Tabs

1. Clean & Dry: Wash the sides of your nose, use a prep wipe, and let your skin dry completely. Avoid applying Tabs over lotion, sunscreen, makeup, or oils.
2. Place & Press: Position each Tab with the flat edge parallel to the bridge of your nose and the steel disc just above the curve of your nostril. Press firmly for 10–15 seconds to secure the adhesive.
3. Attach the Band: Gently snap your reusable magnetic Band onto the Tabs.

Tip: Moisture and oils can prevent Tabs from sticking properly, so always start with clean, completely dry skin!
