You can manage everything about your Refill Plan from your customer portal. Log in through your Intake account in the top right corner of our website. → Sign in (intakebreathing.com/a/account/login)

From the portal you can:

• View your current and upcoming shipments

• Change your delivery frequency

• Schedule future deliveries

• Add one-time products to an order

• Skip or pause a shipment

• Cancel your plan

Delivery frequency and tracking

Refill shipments on a 60-day schedule include a tracking number. If you'd like tracking on your refills, you can switch your delivery frequency to 60 days in your subscription settings.

Pausing, skipping and cancelling

If you just need a break, pausing is usually the better option. Changes to a monthly Refill Plan must be made at least 72 hours before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
