You can cancel your Refill Plan anytime through your Customer Portal.

How to Cancel Your Refill Plan

1. Sign in to your Customer Portal.
2. Select your active Refill Plan.
3. Choose "Cancel Subscription" at bottom of the page follow the prompts to confirm.

Important: Cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing date to avoid your upcoming charge. Canceling your Refill Plan stops future renewals but does not cancel orders already processed.

Already Charged for a Refill?

If your refill order has already been processed and marked as fulfilled, it has entered our shipping process and can no longer be canceled, even if it hasn't been delivered yet.

However, you may still be eligible to return the order within our 90-day return window for a refund. Contact our Customer Care team with your order number, and we'll help arrange a return. A $6 return shipping fee applies to US orders.
