Shop Pay
Shop Pay saves your email address, shipping and billing information, and even your credit card details so you can check out in a snap — a real time saver if you've already used Shop Pay on another Shopify store. You can pay in full at checkout, or split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments.
Shop Pay Installments
- Available on orders over $50, including discounts, shipping and taxes.
- Choose bi-weekly or monthly payments, 0% APR, with no hidden or late fees.
- Your first payment is charged in full at checkout. The remaining payments are charged automatically to the card saved on Shop Pay, and you'll get a reminder email before each one.
- If the items you're buying are interest-bearing, you can only pay with a debit card. If they're not, you can use a credit or debit card.
- You can't pre-qualify ahead of time — you apply at checkout and get an answer in a few minutes.
- Gift cards can't be bought with Installments. Place a separate order for those.
- There are no late fees, but late or partial payments could affect your credit score.
- Customers with international billing addresses or phone numbers can't use Shop Pay Installments.
Returns on a Shop Pay Installments order
Returns follow our standard return policy. Once your refund is processed, you can expect the amount credited back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
- If your refund is less than your remaining balance, your next payment might not go down. Instead you'll have fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
- If your refund is more than your remaining balance, the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
- Paid interest isn't refunded. Payments are applied to accrued unpaid interest first, then to the principal. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.
