Return eligibility:

• Returns must be requested within 90 days of delivery.
• Items should be in good condition, with original packaging and accessories.
• Refill Packs must be unopened. Used Tabs don't need to be returned.
• Free Trial Starter Kits ($0 promotional orders) and their shipping fees are not eligible for refunds.

We'll provide a return authorization (RMA) and prepaid return label. Returns sent without these cannot be processed.

Return Fees & Refunds

• US Returns: A $6 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
• Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
• Your refund is will be initiated once your return is scanned by the carrier and will be credited to your original payment method.
