Payments & Billing IssuesUpdated 19 hours ago

Why do I see a duplicate charge?

Multiple transactions for a single order

This is usually authorization attempts rather than real charges, and it's especially common if corrections were made to the billing address after the payment was submitted. Normally only one successful transaction is completed for your order.

If the other charges are pending authorizations, they should typically reverse on their own. Please monitor your bank account or credit card transactions to make sure the pending ones clear out.

If you find that multiple charges have actually been finalized, it's important to let us know so we can escalate it to our billing team for investigation.

A charge you don't recognize

Why was my card declined?

There are a few reasons your card may be declined, including insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or a security block from your card issuer. Here are a few things you can try:

  • Double-check your card details: Make sure your card number, expiration date, and CVV are entered correctly.
  • Contact your bank: Your bank may have blocked the transaction for security reasons. A quick call to your bank may help resolve the issue.
  • Try another payment method: You can also try a different card or another available payment method, such as PayPal or CompanyName Pay.

If you're still having trouble, you can update your payment information using the link provided in your previous email.
