Limited warranty

Intake provides a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. During the term of this warranty, Intake will replace any product which is deemed by Intake to possess a manufacturing defect. Scratches, loose components in travel cases, or other wear and tear as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty.

How to file

1. Your order number, or proof of purchase from retailer
2. A description of what went wrong and roughly when it started
3. Photos of the Band showing the problem

What happens next

We'll review and reply within 1-3 business days. If it's a covered defect we'll ship a replacement Band in your size at no charge — you generally won't need to send the original back. 

Replacement Bands carry the remainder of your original one-year period, not a new year.
