Please note that for international orders, there is a 30-day window from the time of delivery to request a return. The products must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Please keep in mind that any shipping costs, including the initial shipping fee and any customs duties or taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund any customs duties or taxes that the customer has paid. In case of defective or incorrect items, we offer pre-paid return labels.
