How do I return a product that I'm not satisfied with?Updated 8 months ago
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to initiate a return, please be aware of the following conditions:
- The product must be sent back within our 30-day money-back guarantee period.
- The return must include all items in good physical condition and the original packaging.
- All originally included accessories must be included with your return, with the exception of the tabs, as they are exempt from this policy.
- To begin the return process, you will need to send the product back to the specified return address which can be sent to you if you reach out to [email protected]. In some cases, a return label is created and sent to your email. Please follow the instructions provided to complete the return.
It is also worth noting that before proceeding with a return, it is required to watch our Application Video for correct use and placement of the Tabs, and have a consultation to ensure the product is being used as designed, as this may improve your experience with the product. Additionally, if sizing is an issue, we offer a free resize on bands that are not included in the Starter Kit.
