How do I get a different size band if the one included in the kit doesn’t fit?Updated 5 months ago

If the band included in your starter kit does not fit, we are here to assist you in obtaining the right size. Please provide proof of purchase, which can be a screenshot of your order or an order ID, especially if the purchase was made through a third-party company. Once provided, we will create an order for the required band size and send it to you. You should expect a shipping confirmation email which will include the tracking information. You’re welcome to request bands in various sizes and colors that we offer, such as S1, M2, L1, or L2. Some sizes may not be included in the standard starter kit, but we can send them to you separately. Keep an eye on your email for the shipping confirmation. If you need a smaller size than what’s available in the kit, such as an S1 band, or a larger size, such as L2, simply reach out with your request.
