If you're package is already in transit, we’re unable to update the shipping address directly or contact the carrier on your behalf. If you need to make an address correction while your package is in transit, we recommend using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation to contact the carrier directly. They can let you know what options are available, such as requesting an address correction or arranging for your package to be held for pickup at a local post office.
